The Pre-Wedding Gala of Infanta Elena of Spain, eldest child of King Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia of Spain, and Don Jaime de Marichalar y Sáenz de Tejada, Lord of the Manor of Tejada, son of the Count and Countess of Ripalda, at the Palacio de Villamanrique de la Condesa de París, the home of her maternal great-aunt and great-uncle, Princess María de la Esperanza of Bourbon-Two Sicilies and Prince Pedro Gastão of Orléans-Braganza, on this day in 1995, on the eve of their wedding at Seville Cathedral.

  2. I see lots of Real Royalty…. and one usurper: the so-called Grand Duchess Maria Vladimirovna. She is the granddaughter of a Grand Duke, so is Not entitled to be called GD. She is a Princess. Her paternal grandfather was a traitor to the Romanoff dynasty. Maria is NOT the legitimate pretender to the Russian throne!
