Queen Margrethe of Denmark hosted the annual Armed Forces Dinner at Fredensborg Palace on the evening of March 11th. This year, members of the Air Force, in particular, were invited for dinner in the Dome Hall of the Palace. Crown Princess Mary and Crown Prince Frederik were also present. The was the Royal Family’s first official event since Prince Henrik’s death, though Court Mourning will not end until the 14th.

The Danish Royal family attended the annual New Year’s Court (Nytårskur) and Banquet hosted by Queen Margrethe at Christian VII’s Palace, Amalienborg in Copenhagen on January 1st. Two more New Year’s Levees will be held next week.
