Wedding of Duchess Sophie-Dorothée of Württemberg

Royal Guests and Relatives from around Europe joined the extended Württemberg Royal Family to celebrate the Wedding of Duchess Sophie-Dorothée of Württemberg and Philipp Polack in Altshausen on September 12th.

Duchess Sophie-Dorothée of Württemberg, daughter of the late Hereditary Duke Friedrich of Württemberg and Princess Marie of Wied,  married Philipp Polack in the Kirche St. Michael Altshausen, followed by a Reception at Schloss Altshausen. The couple resides in London.

Duchess Sophie-Dorothée wore a striking heirloom Diamond Tiara, which originates from Queen Charlotte, the last Queen of Württemberg, instead of the traditional Württemberg Bridal Tiara.
