The British Royal Family attended the Fifth Day of Races at the Ascot Racecourse on June 20th. Royal Ascot is a permanent fixture on the British Royal Family’s June calendar following Trooping the Colour and the Order of the Garter Service and the late Queen attended all five days of the horse-racing event for over 70 years.
A Royal Procession of four carriages traveled from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse in horse-drawn landaus, before the Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla (wearing Prince Albert’s Sapphire Brooch) were joined by Mr and Mrs Brough Scott in the First Carriage.
In the Second Carriage, the Earl and Countess De La Warr were joined by Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen and Mr Colin Chisholm.
Mr and Mrs Neil Wilson were joined by Lord and Lady Ashton of Hyde in the Third Carriage.
Lady Weatherby sat with Mr and Mrs Orlando Fraser and Mrs Barby Allbritton in the Fourth Carriage.
The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester and Lady Rose Gilman
