The British Royal Family attended the Four Day of Races at the Ascot Racecourse on June 19th. Royal Ascot is a permanent fixture on the British Royal Family’s June calendar following Trooping the Colour and the Order of the Garter Service and the late Queen attended all five days of the horse-racing event for over 70 years.
A Royal Procession of four carriages traveled from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse in horse-drawn landaus, before the Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure.
King Charles III and Queen Camilla were joined by Prince Saud bin Khalid bin Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Saud and John Warren in the First Carriage.
Queen Camilla wore Queen Mary’s Turquoise Brooch
In the Second Carriage, the Earl and Countess of Caledon were joined by Lord and Lady Lloyd Webber.
Mr and Mrs Caron Maher were joined by Mr and Mrs Ed Walker in the Third Carriage.
General Sir Roly and Lady Walker sat with Lord and Lady Benyon in the Fourth Carriage.
