British State Visit to Kenya 

King Charles III and Queen Camilla are on a State Visit to Kenya from October 31st to November 3rd, to celebrate the warm relationship between the two countries and the strong and dynamic partnership they continue to forge. This is the King’s first visit to a Commonwealth Nation since his accession, and particularly poignant since the late Queen acceded to the Throne while in Kenya in 1952. Kenya is also the country where the then Prince Charles, accompanied by Princess Anne, made his second official visit in 1971. Continue reading →

King Charles arrives at Balmoral Castle

King Charles III was officially welcomed by the Royal Regiment of Scotland and members of the public as he arrived at Balmoral Castle in Aberdeenshire on August 21st, to take up residence for the Royal Family’s annual Summer Holiday. The King and Queen Camilla have been staying on the nearby Birkhall Estate for the past few weeks, and attended the the Sunday Service at Crathie Kirk near Balmoral yesterday.   Continue reading →

Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse

The Princess Royal joined King Charles III and Queen Camilla as they hosted a Garden Party at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh on July 4th, on their first visit to Scotland following their Coronation in May. There are usually four annual Garden Parties hosted by the Royal Family at Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Holyrood House for around 30,000 guests yearly, as well as a few special others, including one at Hillsborough Castle this year.
