King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain are hosting Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said of Oman on a State Visit to Spain to strengthen political, economic, and diplomatic ties, from November 3rd to the 5th. The State Visit had been postponed earlier the year due to the death of the Sultan’s mother-in-law.

The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), displays tens of thousands of artefacts including the entire 5,000-piece collection of treasures unearthed with Tutankhamun in one place for the first time since the discovery of the tomb back in 1922.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands are hosting Sultan Haitham bin Tariq Al Said of Oman on his two-day State Visit to The Netherlands on April 15 and 16, to mark 400 years of maritime ties between the two countries with a focus on economic cooperation and renewable energy.

Foreign Royal Guests and Relatives and Heads of State and Representatives of 121 Countries joined the British Royal Family for the Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey on September 19th, followed by a Procession to Marble Arch and a Committal Service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The late Queen, who passed away at Balmoral Castle earlier this month, had been Lying-in-State first at St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh and then at Westminster Hall in London for the past week.
