Prince Philipp of Hesse, son of the Landgrave of Hesse and Princess Tatiana of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, married Laetitia Bechtolf at the Schlosskirche of Schloss Panker in in Schleswig-Holstein. The couple have four children.
The new Princess Laetitia wore the historic Hesse Ears of Wheat Tiara.
