Civil Wedding of Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo

The Princely Family celebrated the Civil Wedding of Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo at the Palais Princier de Monaco on this day in 2015, 10 years ago, followed by a Reception for 700 in the Palace Gardens and a Dinner at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo.

Pierre Casiraghi, son of Princess Caroline of Monaco and Hanover and the late Stefan Casiraghi, married Beatrice Borromeo, daughter of Don Carlo Ferdinando Borromeo, Count of Arona and Countess Donna Paola Marzotto, in a Civil Ceremony at the Prince’s Palace of Monaco.

After the ceremony, the newlywed couple appeared with the Princely Family on a Balcony of the Palais Princier ahead of a Reception for 700 in the Palace Gardens.

In the evening, there was a Gala Dinner at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo.

Beatrice Borromeo wore Valentino gowns for both events, as well a pair of Köchert Morganite Earrings, which were a wedding gift from Princess Caroline.

Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo had a religious ceremony on the Island of Isolino de San Giovani, one of the Borromean Islands in Lake Maggiore which has been owned by Borromeo Family since the 16th century, which was followed by a reception on the Island of Rocca d’Angera and an evening Reception at the Palazzo Borromeo on Isola Bella.
