Royal Ascot 2023 | Day 4

The British Royal Family attended the fourth day of races at the Ascot Racecourse on June 23rd. Royal Ascot is a permanent fixture on the British Royal Family’s June calendar and the late Queen attended all five days of the horse-racing event for over 70 years. This year, Royal Ascot follows Order of the Garter Service, Trooping the Colour and the Coronation. 

Day One | Day Two | Day 3 

A Royal Procession of four carriages traveled from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse in horse-drawn landaus, before the Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure:

 

King Charles III and Queen Camilla were joined by the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire in the First Carriage.

   

 Princess Beatrice and Count Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi joined the Prince and Princess of Wales in the Second Carriage.

 

The Duchess of Edinburgh was joined by the Earl of Caledon, Prince Michael and Princess Michael of Kent the Third Carriage.

 

The Fourth Carriage included Dame Judi Dench with David Mills and Mr and Mrs William Farish.

 

Flora and Timothy Vesterberg were also present along with Dame Tessy Antony, de Nassau and Prince Gabriel of Luxembourg as well Lady Susan Hussey.

The King will present the Coronation Stakes, the Prince and Princess of Wales will present the Commonwealth Cup and the Duchess of Edinburgh will present the Duke of Edinburgh Stakes.
