The Wedding of the the 6th Prince of Leiningen, son of the 5th Prince of Leiningen and Princess Feodore of Hohenlohe-Langenburg, and Grand Duchess Maria Kirillovna of Russia, daughter of Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich of Russia and Princess Victoria Melita of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha, in Coburg on this day in 1925. Royal Guests and Relatives in attendance included Tsar Ferdinand of Bulgaria, the Duke and Duchess of Saxe-Coburg und Gotha, and Princess Nicholas of Greece with Princess Marina and Princess Elisabeth. The Prince and Princess of Leiningen had seven children and remained married until his death in a Russian Concentration Camp in 1946. The Grand Duchess passed away in 1951.
