King Charles III and Queen Camilla are hosting the annual Christmas Lunch for members of the extended British Royal Family at Buckingham Palace on December 19th, continuing the late Queen’s tradition of hosting a lunch for those family members who aren’t invited to spend Christmas with the Royal Family at Sandringham in Norfolk, due to lack of space. Since this is a private event, we only get pictures of the royals arriving and departing.

The Most Ancient and Most Noble Order of the Thistle is the highest Order in Scotland and the second highest Order in the United Kingdom, and it’s service is held every two years.

King Charles III has led members of the Royal Family attending the Royal Windsor Horse Show in Windsor Home Park this week. The Royal Windsor Horse Show has been held annually for five days in May or June in Windsor Home Park since 1943. The show is the only one in the United Kingdom to host international competition for dressage, show jumping, carriage driving and endurance riding, and every year, the late Queen was usually present.
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, on behalf of King Charles III, accompanied by the UK Chief of the General Staff, General Sir Patrick Sanders, French Chief of the Army Staff, General Pierre Schill and the French Ambassador to the UK, Her Excellency Hélène Duchêne, to attend a parade to commemorate the 120th anniversary of the Entente Cordiale in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace.
