Following visits to Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, the Vatican, Spain and Sweden, Grand Duke Guillaume V and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg were received by President and Madame Macron at the Élysée Palace on their introductory visit to Paris on July 1st.
Grand Duke Guillaume V and Grand Duchess Stéphanie of Luxembourg were received by President Emmanuel Macron and Madame Brigitte Macron at the Élysée Palace.
Their Royal Highnesses were welcomed on the steps of the Élysée Palace by the Presidential Couple, His Excellency Emmanuel Macron and Mrs. Brigitte Macron.
For their sixth courtesy visit, Their Royal Highnesses the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess went to Paris, accompanied by the Minister, Mr. Xavier Bettel. Neighboring countries, France and Luxembourg maintain close and historical bilateral relations.
During their meeting, the Heads of State discussed major current European and international issues, cross-border cooperation, and collaboration in the space, technology, and defense sectors.
