We had initially watched De Kongelige Juveler ‘The Royal Jewels’ in English over a decade ago but had been unable to find that version until stumbling upon it a few days ago, and hence want to share with all of you as well!

I am so glad there are good pictures of the jewels. So beautiful and I’m so thankful they are being looked after well. I am scandanavian so I have a vested interest in them. ..in case I wanted to borrow them.
I love this show I even brought the dvd. It was by chance seeing this show on telly more than a decade ago, that sent me on the rabbit warren that is royal jewels. I’m even a member of a royal jewels Facebook group, where we engage in activities like voting on which is the best all diamond tiara- the fife won it hands down.
I just wish they did more shows in this series covering the jewels of the British, Dutch, Greek and Spanish royal families, they all have extensive collections.
