Royal Guests and Relatives joined the Habsburg Imperial Family to celebrate the 90th Birthday of Archduke Otto von Habsburg, the last Crown Prince of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, in Vienna on this day in 2002, with celebrations that began with a Mass at St Stefan’s Cathedral as well as a Reception at the Hofburg Palace.

That evening, King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden (wearing the Bernadotte Emerald Parure), Princess Marie of Liechtenstein, the now King Felipe VI of Spain, Tsar Simeon II and Tsaritsa Margarita of Bulgaria, the Duke of Braganza, Princess Michael of Kent, The Margrave and Archduchess Valerie, Margravine of Baden, Princess Marie Louise of Prussia and Count Rudolf of Schönburg-Glauchau, and Princess Moulay Abdullah of Morocco joined members of the extended Habsburg Family and numerous German and Austrian Royalty and Nobility for a Gala Dinner in Vienna.
