Crown Princess Mette-Marit has been wearing these versatile Earrings for quite a few years, which feature flexible diamond floral elements with three interchangeable pendants. The earrings are worn most often with the pearl pendant, with notable occasions including the Wedding of Crown Princess Victoria, the Christening of Prince Oscar of SwedenKing Harald and Queen Sonja’s 80th Birthday Banquet, and Crown Prince Frederik’s 50th Birthday Gala Dinner. The Pearl version was also worn by Princess Ingrid Alexandra for her Confirmation Dinner in 2018.

There is no doubt that these earrings will continue to be a staple in Crown Princess Mette-Marit’s jewellery box for years to come.

  1. The birthday girl’s pendant drop earrings are absolutely beautiful! They look good with pearls or rubies, and I’ll bet emeralds or any other colored stone would look just as fine. The diamond drop looks like a compound leaf and the stone at the end the flower. Lovely! I wish her joy on her birthday!
