Princess Caroline of Monaco and Hanover led the Royal and Noble Guests at the Ball of the Sovereign Order of Malta at the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris in April 11th, which was the first Gala held for the Order in Paris since 1967.

The salons of the Cercle de l’Union Interalliée in Paris were literally packed. At the invitation of Baron Olivier de La Chapelle, president of the French Association of Members of the Order of Malta, and under the high patronage of Fra’ John Dunlap, Prince and Grand Master of the Order, all supporters of the institution had gathered for this truly momentous event: the first gala evening in Paris in 59 years. The event was held to benefit the Order’s 68th pilgrimage to Lourdes
