The Norwegian Royal Family are celebrating Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway’s 50th Birthday with a Celebration at the Royal Palace of Oslo on August 25th, which is their 22nd Wedding Anniversary.

  1. A rather dull celebration of such an important milestone of the next King of Norway in my humble opinion. This could have been one of several celebrations if this is how they wanted to gather more national guests, but I still think that a banquet with Royals from around the world would have been very apropriate for such a special day. Luckily you added some photos of how it should have looked like with tiaras on display! 🙂
