In 2012, the Tiara was worn to the pre-wedding Ball of Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume of Luxembourg.

The last time the Tiara was worn was at the Wedding Ball of Crown Prince Leka of Albania, on October 8th 2016, almost exactly a year before the upcoming wedding of Prince Philip.
