Duchess of Cambridge at Wimbledon

The Duchess of Cambridge visited Wimbledon on July 7th. The Duchess, who is a keen tennis fan, watched Serena Williams take on  Russian Elena Vesnina,  in the women’s semi finals, later she watched Alfie Hewett play. The Duchess, and the Countess of Wessex also starred in a Snapchat by Serena Williams.

The Duchess was welcomed by Wimbledon officials, before meeting bally boys and girls, as well as Oracene Price, the mother of Venus and Serena Williams. She watched the match with famed actress Dame Maggie Smith and her aunt-in-law, the Countess of Wessex. Both Royals also starred in a Snapchat with winner Serena Williams.

The Duchess wore a yellow Roskanda dress first worn on the 2014 Royal Tour of Australia. Then, the Duchess told fans that Prince William had commented she “looked like a Banana.” She repeated the baroque pearls and Swarovski crystals earrings she debuted last night, from Soru Jewelry. The Countess of Wessex repeated her white and coral outfit from Royal Ascot with gold and pearl star earrings.
