During WWII, Buckingham Palace and it’s grounds suffered attacks on sixteen occasions, nine of which included direct hits on the Palace. Benefits of the gala dinner went to two projects of the Princess Máxima Center, so-called Parental Chambers and an intraoperative MRI.
