Riksdagssupé at the Royal Palace of Stockholm

The Swedish Royal Family hosted the Riksdagssupé (Parliament Dinner) at the Royal Palace of Stockholm on the evening of November 29th. After each parliamentary election, the King and Queen traditionally invite the new members of parliament, the government and representatives of the Riksdag’s leadership to a dinner and concert, with the last one held in 2019.

King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia (wearing King Carl XVI Gustaf’s Portrait Brooch) were joined by Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl Philip, and Princess Sofia  as they hosted the Riksdagssupé at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. After greeting the guests in the Serafimersalen, the Royal Family proceeded to view the concert in the Rikssalen, followed by dinner in the Festvåningen.
