A splendid Diamond Brooch featuring a pear-shaped diamond element inside a geometric Art Deco design, the provenance of the Brooch is unknown but it was likely acquired by Lady Patricia at some point in the 1920s. The Brooch was notably worn on her hat for a series of portraits for Tatler in 1928, taken with her son, Alexander Ramsay.

After Lady Patricia’s death, the Art Deco Diamond Brooch was inherited by her only son, Alexander, and his wife Lady Saltoun, and was included in the 74 lots that were sold at the Christie’s 15 May 1974 Important Jewels Sale, alongside the Honeysuckle TiaraQueen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee Chain, the Duchess of Connaught’s Diamond Rivieres, and the Connaught Bow Brooch.
