The Christening of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands, son of Princess Beatrix and Prince Claus, and Prince Bernhard of Orange-Nassau, son of Princess Margriet and Pieter van Vollenhoven, at St. Martin’s Cathedral (Domkerk) in Utrecht on this day in 1970. Royal Guests included King Constantine II (godfather and namesake) and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece as well as fellow godparents Prince Aschwin of Lippe-Biesterfeld, and Axel Freiherr von dem Bussche-Streithorst.
