Belgian State Visit to the Netherlands- Day 2
On Day 2, November 29th, of the Belgian State Visit to the Netherlands, King Philippe of Belgium visited ESA/ESTEC, met with the Presidents of the Dutch Senate and of the House of Representatives, as well Dutch Prime Minister Rutte. He was joined by King Willem-Alexander, Queen Máxima and Queen Mathilde for lunch, and afterwards attended an event with King Willem-Alexander, while Queen Mathilde and Queen Máxima visited the Cobra Museum in Amstelveen. The Honourable Margaret Rhodes, a cousin of Queen Elizabeth II, passed away on Friday night following a short illness, aged 91. She was a childhood friend and bridesmaid of the Queen, and the niece and lady-in-waiting of the Queen Mother.
