Argentine State Visit to The Netherlands

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands are hosting President Mauricio Macri and First Lady Juliana Awada of Argentina on a two-day State Visit from March 27 to 28. On Day 1, the King and Queen officially welcomed their guests, held a reception, attended a business forum, and hosted a State Banquet in the evening. Representationsmiddag 2017

King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden hosted the annual Representationsmiddag (Representatives Dinner) at the Royal Palace of Stockholm on March 23rd. Guests included representatives from the diplomatic corps, parliament, government, government, science, sports, business, culture and people that the Royal Family met when traveling. The King and Queen were accompanied by Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Phillip, and Princess Sofia.It was announced earlier in the day that Princess Sofia is expecting her second child. Princess Sofia expecting second child

It has been announced by Prince Carl Phillip and Princess Sofia of Sweden that she is expecting their second child, due in September 2017. They said, “We are happy to announce that we are expecting a child, a sibling to Prince Alexander. Icelandic State Visit to Norway

President Guðni Th. Jóhannesson and First Lady Eliza Jean Reid of Iceland are on their first State Visit to Norway from March 21st to 23rd, where they are guests of the Norwegian Royal Family. On Day 1, King Harald and Queen Sonja officially welcomed the Presidential Couple, attended a wreath-laying ceremony, hosted an official luncheon, and accompanied them on engagements throughout the day. Funeral of Prince Richard of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg

The Funeral of Prince Richard of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg was held at the Evangelische Stadtkirche in Bad Berleburg, Germany on March 21st. Prince Richard, the husband of Princess Benedikte of Denmark and brother-in-law of Queen Margrethe of Denmark and Queen Anne Marie of Greece, died suddenly at Berleburg Castle in Germany on March 14th.
