The Swedish Royal Family joined King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden for the Funeral of Countess Marianne Bernadotte of Wisborg, Princess Bernadotte at the Oscarskyrkan in Stockholm on June 11th. The Actress who married a former Swedish Prince and was the last surviving aunt of King Carl XVI Gustaf of SwedenQueen Margrethe II of Denmark, and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece, Countess Marianne had been a beloved member of the Swedish Royal Family for over six decades when she passed away at the age of 100 last month.

Funeral of Prince Michael of Greece

Royal Guests and Relatives from around Europe gathered in Athens for the Funeral of Prince Michael of Greece and Denmark at the Holy Church of Saints Theodoros in the First Cemetery of Athens on August 1st. Prince Michael of Greece was the last surviving grandson of the first Greek King, related to all the Royal Families of Europe, who gave up his succession rights to marry a famous artist and become a fascinating Author.

Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II

Foreign Royal Guests and Relatives and Heads of State and Representatives of 121 Countries joined the British Royal Family for the Funeral of Queen Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey on September 19th, followed by a Procession to Marble Arch and a Committal Service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The late Queen, who passed away at Balmoral Castle earlier this month, had been Lying-in-State first at St Giles’ Cathedral in Edinburgh and then at Westminster Hall in London for the past week.

Funeral of the Duke of Edinburgh

The entire British Royal Family and some special Foreign Royal Guests attended the Ceremonial Royal Funeral of HRH Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh at St George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on April 17th. The oldest and longest serving Consort to the longest-reigning Monarch in British History, the Duke passed away peacefully last week at Windsor Castle a few months before his 100th Birthday, and was heavily involved in the planning of his own Funeral, though they have been modified due to the ongoing Pandemic.
