The Family of Prince Joachim of Denmark gathered to celebrate the Confirmation of Countess Athena of Monpezat at the Georgetown Lutheran Church in Washington, D.C. on May 2nd.
Countess Athena of Monpezat, the youngest grandchild of Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, was confirmed by Pastor Esben Lunde Larsen at the Georgetown Lutheran Church in Washington, D.C., where Prince Joachim serves as the Defence Industry Attaché at the Danish Embassy. The Family were in Denmark last month for the Confirmation of Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine of Denmark.
Countess Athena were joined by Prince Joachim and Princess Marie of Denmark as well as her brothers, Count Nikolai, Count Felix, and Count Henrik of Monpezat. The Official Photographs were taken by Zahra Khadir.
