Royal Guests and Relatives from around Europe attended the splendid Wedding of Archduke Josef Albrecht of Austria and Countess Sophie von Schaesberg at Schloss Sünching on August 26th.
Archduke Josef Albrecht of Austria married Countess Sophie von Schaesberg at the Pfarrkirche St. Johannes Baptist in Sünching, near Schloss Sünching, the seat of the bride’s grandfather, Baron Johann von Hoenning O’Carroll.
Royal and Noble Guests and Relatives include Princess Luisa of Belgium, Lord Downpatrick, the Duke and Duchess of Braganza with the Prince of Beira and Infanta Maria Francisca, the Prince of Thurn und Taxis with Princess Gloria, and Hereditary Prince Donatus zu Schaumburg-Lippe.
Archduke Josef Albrecht is the son of Archduke Joseph of Austria, himself a son of Archduke Joseph Árpád of Austria and Princess Maria of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg, and Princess Margarete of Hohenberg, while Countess Sophie von Schaesberg is the daughter of Count Johannes Friedrich von Schaesberg and Baroness Antoinette von Hoenning O’Carroll. The couple will reside party at Schloss Sunching, with the Archduke trading in raw materials in Hungary while the Archduchess works in IT, commuting between Sünching and Budapest.
