The Wedding of David, Lord Ogilvy (now 13th Earl of Airlie), son of the 12th Earl of Airlie and Lady Alexandra Coke, and Virginia Ryan, the granddaughter of Otto Kahn, at St Margaret’s, Westminster. The couple have six children, residing at Cortachy Castle on the 69,000 acre Airlie Estate until 2009. 

Royal Guests and Relatives included the Queen Mother, Princess Margaret, Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester, and Lady Patricia Ramsay among numerous members of the British Aristocracy. 

Lord Airlie was the Lord Chamberlain of the Household from 1984 to 1997 while Lady Airlie was the Lady of the Bedchamber to the late Queen from 1973 until her death last month. Both Lord and Lady Airlie were present at the Queen’s Funeral.
