The Duchess of Cornwall (wearing her Saudi Emerald Necklace), Colonel-in-Chief, was joined by Royal Colonels the Countess of Wessex, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke of Kent and Princess Alexandra as she presided over the biennial Rifles Regiment Awards Dinner at the Guildhall in London on the evening of November 24th.

  1. The ladies looked very excellent, especially the Duchess of Gloucester. She looks fantastic! It’s like the years don’t matter to her. That turquoise color looks wonderful on the Countess of Wessex. And the Duchess of Cornwall’s choice of the Saudi Emerald suite was a great choice to go with her black gown. All things military hold a special place in the Duchess of Cornwall’s heart due to her father’s service during WWII, so it was very touching that the late Duke of Edinburgh passed the baton over to her.
