The Wedding of Countess Vera Arrivabene-Valenti-Gonzaga, daughter of Princess Bianca of Savoy-Aosta and Count Giberto Arrivabene-Valenti-Gonzaga, and Count Briano Martinoni Caleppio at the Chiesa di San Pantaleone Martire (San Pantalon) in Venice on October 16th, followed by a gondola ride through the Canals of Venice to the Palazzo Papadopoli, the residence of the Arrivabene-Valenti-Gonzaga Family. Countess Vera is a granddaughter of the late Prince Amedeo, Duke of Aosta and Princess Claude de Orléans, making her the great-granddaughter of Prince Aimone, Duke of Aosta and Princess Irene of Greece and Denmark and the Count of Paris and Princess Isabelle of Orléans-Braganza.

  1. Gosh, that’s a beautiful church! It’s such a dreamy setting for a wedding. The Countess’ dress is very elegant and unusual. Its train forms her veil when she enters to then reveal her diamond bandeau once she’s inside. I love bandeaus as wedding tiaras and this one is especially pretty. Congratulations to the happy couple as they embark on their life together!
