The Funeral of King Gustaf V of Sweden at the Riddarholmskyrkan (the last King to be buried there) in Stockholm on this day in 1950, following a Procession from the Royal Palace of Stockholm. In addition to the extended Swedish Royal Family led by King Gustaf VI Adolf and Queen Louise, Royal Guests and Relatives in attendance included King Frederik IX and Queen Ingrid of Denmark (granddaughter), King Haakon VII, Crown Prince Olav and Crown Princess Martha of Norway (niece), Hereditary Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg, Prince Bernhard of The Netherlands, and the Duke of Gloucester.
