The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge hosted a reception, on behalf of the Queen, at Buckingham Palace to mark the UK-Africa Investment Summit on January 20th. The Princess Royal and the Earl and Countess of Wessex (celebrating her 55th birthday) were also present. The UK-Africa Investment Summit, hosted by the UK government, will take place in London, bringing together heads of state and government and senior representatives from African countries, key multilateral agencies and high profile UK and African businesses.
