The Queen and Earl of Wessex hosted Sultan Abdullah Ria’yatuddin Al Mustafa Billah Shah, The Sultan of Pahang and Yang di-Pertuan Agong (King of Malaysia) and Tunku Azizah Aminah, the Tengku Ampuan of Pahang and Raja Permaisuri Agong (Queen of Malaysia), along with three of their children, for a luncheon at Buckingham Palace on December 12th. The Malaysian Royal Couple is on their first Official Visit to the United Kingdom; they hosted a Dinner for the Malaysian diaspora and visited the British Library to look at Malay Manuscripts, ahead of attending their son, Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah, the Tengku Mahkota and Regent of Pahang’s, passing out Parade at Sandhurst on Friday. The last Malaysian State Visit to Britain was in 1993.
