For the second day of Royal Ascot 2019, the Queen (wearing Prince Albert’s Sapphire Brooch) was accompanied by the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, Prince and Princess Michael of Kent, Countess Mountbatten for the carriage procession from Windsor Castle to the Ascot Racecourse, before the Royal Family and their guests spent the day in the Royal Enclosure. The Princess Royal and the Earl and Countess of Wessex (celebrating their 20th Anniversary) were also present. The Prince and Duchess presented the Prince of Wale’s Stakes to Frankie Dettori.
