  1. My goodness! It seems like every royal family has been energized by Queen Maxima’s sterling example of splendor! CP Mette Marit brought out the Amethyst parure instead of her usual small bandeau, and I’m so happy to see not only Queen Josefina’s beautiful Diamond tiara, but also the Vasa tiara. These last two tiaras just don’t get enough play time as far as I’m concerned. Queen Alexandra’s earrings are so beautiful. Just like the necklace the Duchess of Cambridge wore the other day, Queen Alexandra had some seriously fabulous jewels.
