Wedding of Prince Félix of Luxembourg

Happy 4th Wedding Anniversary to Prince Félix and Princess Claire of Luxembourg, who got married in a religious ceremony on this day in 2013. The couple have two children and live in the South of France. In honour of their anniversary, we are taking a look at their wedding below-

 The couple got married in a small civil ceremony at the Villa Rothschild Kempinski in Königstein im Taunus, Germany attended only by members of the family and close friends. Afterwards, the newlyweds drove off in a BMW Isetta.

The religious wedding took place at the Basilique Sainte-Marie-Madeleine in Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume in the South of France on September 21st. The mass was celebrated by the Archbishop of Luxembourg, Archbishop Nicolas Thévenin, Apostolic Nuncio of Guatemala and the Bishop of Fréjus-Toulon.

Among the guests were members of the bridal couples immediate families, as well as the grooms Austrian and Liechtenstein cousins and various members of European royalty and nobility. Click HERE for a full guest list compiled by Luxarazzi.

The new Princess Claire wore a creme-coloured chantilly lace Elie Saab gown with an ivory silk tulle veil, the Grand Ducal Vine Leaves Tiara, and Grand Duchess Maria Theresa’s wedding earrings. Prince Felix wore Morning Dress with the miniature pin of the Order of the Gold Lion of the House of Nassau.
