Oettingen-Spielberg Tiara

Lord Max Percy, younger son of the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland, will marry Princess Nora Amelie of Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Spielberg today. In honour of the wedding, we are featuring the stunning tiara of the Oettingen-Spielberg’s. Composed of diamond geometric scrolls, this Tiara has also been called the ‘Oettingen House Diadem’. Take a look below at some of it’s wearers-

The Oettingen-Spielberg Tiara has been worn by the Princess of Oettingen-Oettingen und Oettingen-Spielberg, mother of Princess Nora, at a couple of events, including a glittering gala in 1996, the wedding of Prince Manuel and Princess Anna of Bavaria, the wedding of Duchess Elisabeth in Bavaria and Daniel Terberger, and the Wedding Ball of Prince Ludwig and Princess Sophie of Bavaria at Schloss Schleißheim in 2023.

In 2014, the Oettingen-Spielberg Tiara was worn by Princess Theresa, sister of Princess Nora, when she wed Carl-Christian Oetker, of the German baking dynasty.
