Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary in Sweden- Day 2

Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark are on a two-day business visit to Sweden as the heads of ‘Liveable Scandinavia’ campaign with more than 60 Danish companies. The campaign focuses on Intelligent Healthcare, Sustainable Cities and Modern Lifestyle. Click HERE to take a look at Day 1.

At the start of the 2nd Day, Crown Princess Mary and Prince Daniel visited Karolinska University Hospital where they attended a seminar and were shown around the hospital, while Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Victoria visited Stockholm water and waste treatment, where they were introduced to Swedish water solutions and challenges and were shown Lovön water treatment plant.

Afterwards, the two Royal Couples paid a visit to the Danish Embassy in central Stockholm, which was followed by Crown Princess Mary and Crown Princess Victoria visiting Illums Bolighus store in Stockholm, where they were shown Danish design in Stockholm and an exhibition with Danish products, while Crown Prince Frederik and Prince Daniel visited Spotify in Stockholm.

King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia hosted a luncheon for Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary of Denmark at the Royal Palace of Stockholm, which was also attended by Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Phillip, and Princess Sofia.

Afterwards, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Victoria were shown around and attended a panel discussion on the future sustainable cities, at the Danish architect company Arkitema, while Crown Princess Mary and Prince Daniel visited the elderly care home Aleris Båthöjden Plaza where were introduced to the company, its business, and their work with dementia. Later, Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Victoria visited the grocery store Paradiset (The Paradise) and were presented to ecological Danish groceries, while Crown Princess Mary and Prince Daniel visited a cooking show at the Old National Archives in Stockholm, where they saw Danish and Swedish chefs use Danish ingredients to cook different dishes.

In the evening, the Crown Prince Frederik, Crown Princess Mary, Crown Princess Victoria, and Prince Daniel attended a dinner at the Stockholm City Hall.

Prince Daniel wore a navy suit with a pale blue tie. Crown Princess Mary wore a a black and white floral dress. Crown Prince Frederik wore a navy suit with a black and yellow stripped tie. Crown Princess Victoria wore a pink Daisy Grace blouse with a floral skirt. Princess Sofia wore a Dry Lake Dress.

In the evening, Prince Daniel wore a dark suit with a black tie. Crown Princess Victoria wore a MaxJenny dress. Crown Prince Frederik wore a dark suit with a dark tie. Crown Princess Mary wore an Altuzarra dress.
