Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark married Princess Ingrid of Sweden on this day in 1935 in Stockholm. The couple had three daughters, Queen Margrethe of Denmark, Princess Bendikte of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg, and Queen Anne Marie of Greece, and remained happily married until his death in 1972. Queen Ingrid died in 2000. Take a look at their wedding-
