Duchess of Cambridge visits Evelina House London

The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Ronald McDonald House Evelina London on February 28th, to officially open their new purpose-built ‘home away from home’ accommodation for the families of children being treated at the Evelina London Children’s Hospital.

The Duchess of Cambridge learned about Ronald McDonald House Charities, and what the new House means to the families and children being treated at Evelina London Children’s Hospital. She toured the House and met families currently benefitting from the new facility. The Duchess also attended a reception in the Day Room, and unveiled a plaque to mark the House’s official opening.
