Prince Harry visited the London Ambulance service, where he helped launched the annual Time To Talk day as part of the Heads Together campaign. The annual awareness day is run by Time to Change, always on the first Thursday in February, and this year’s theme was ‘conversations change lives’. The ambulance service was hosting an event to promote the mental wellbeing of their workforce. The Prince met with control room staff, visited an ambulance garage and found out more about their voluntary LINC network; a peer support system set up to encourage staff to talk to each other about the issues they are facing. He said; “What you guys have to deal with everyday, you don’t know what you’re going to get. It’s strength to be able to talk about it.“
