TRH the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Stewards Academy in Harlow on September 16th as part of the Heads Together campaign to support young people. The Duke gave a speech and the couple also talked to parents of the pupils.
The Duke and Duchess helped a fallen veteran upon arrival, before being cheered by hundreds of wellwishers. They visited classrooms and sat in a parents support group before the Duke gave a speech to a Year 7’s. He said: “one moment that our campaign wanted to recognise was how tough it can be when young people go through major changes in their life. When we get our Heads Together– when we talk to one another – we can get through the big changes together and achieve great things.”
The Duke of Cambridge wore a grey suit with a dotted tie. The Duchess wore a blue polka dot dress by Altuzarra with her Mappin & Webb Empress earrings.
