Today marks the 5th anniversary of TRH The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge. Since their wedding on April 29, 2011, TRH have established two homes, at Kensington Palace, London and Amner Hall, Norfolk, as well as having two lovely children. Throughout the past five years, they have also done many public engagements, embarked on overseas tours, and attended many formal events. These are just five of the most iconic Gala occasions of the first five years of their marriage.

In December, 2015, The Duke & Duchess attended the annual Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace. We usually don’t get pictures from inside the event, only pictures of the Royals in their cars, but we got some footage of the event in one of the documentaries that were screened for the Queen’s 90th Birthday. The Duke wore White tie, with his Garter sash and honours. The Duchess wore a bespoke gown by Alexander McQueen. She surprised Royal Watcher by wearing Queen Mary’s Lovers knot tiara, a favorite of the Late Diana, Princess of Wales. She also wore the earrings and bracelets worn at the Chinese State Banquet.
