On the National #DayofReflection, one year since the first lockdown in the UK, The Duke and Duchess took part in a moment of reflection at Westminster Abbey.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge marked the National Day of Reflection during a visit to the Covid-19 vaccination centre at Westminster Abbey on March 23rd, to pay tribute to the efforts of staff and volunteers. Prince William lit a candle while the Duchess left daffodils after a minute’s silence in the Shrine of St Edward the Confessor. This was only one of a series of visits by members of the Royal Family to vaccination centres in recent weeks, to encourage more people to get the vaccine and to celebrate the healthcare workers and volunteers.
