The Wedding of Princess Sofia of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn, the younger daughter of the Prince zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn and Countess Gabriela of Schönborn-Wiesentheid, and Archia Akhavan-Kharazian, a London entrepreneur with Iranian and Spanish roots, at the St. Lorenz Church in Mondsee, Austria on August 8th, in a ceremony officiated by Frankfurt City Dean Johannes zu Eltz, a close relative of the family, in front of a select group of close family and friends, including the bride’s 100 year-old grandmother, the Dowager Princess Marianne of Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn. The Reception was held in front of the old Stadl at the family’s Fuschler hunting lodge.
