I think the wedding dress of the Countess of Paris was one of the most attractive and original gowns I’ve seen in a long time. She looked exactly like a beautiful Renaissance princess, right out of a portrait by Tintoretto! She is of Italian descent, so that should not be surprising, right? She also managed to do her best by her wedding tiara, a very unfortunate arrangement of very large and lovely turquoises. But she made it work! Happy Birthday to the Countess. I wish her joy!
