The Duke, Captain General of the Royal Marines (wearing the Royal Marines Dress Uniform Mess Jackets and the Royal Victorian Order), and the Duchess of Sussex (wearing a Safiyaa Kalika Dress and Simone Rocha Crystal Beaded Drop Earrings) attended the annual Mountbatten Festival of Music at the Royal Albert Hall in London on the evening of March 7th, which showcases The Royal Marines Band Service and helps to raise funds for The Royal Marines charity. This year, the performance marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War and the 80th anniversary of the formation of Britain’s Commandos. This was among the last of the Duke and Duchess’ Engagements ahead of their departure from the Royal Family at the end of the month.
