— Clarence House (@ClarenceHouse) February 11, 2020The Prince of Wales, the Duchess of Cornwall, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Stanford Hall in Loughborough, Leicestershire on February 11th. and meet patients and staff. On arrival, they were welcomed by Captain Alison Hofman QARNNS, Commanding Officer of the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre (DMRC) and went on a tour of the site, which included visiting some of the therapy areas and observing patients undertaking gym rehabilitation sessions. They also visited the Prosthetics workshop and heard from patients and staff about the range of multi-disciplinary clinical and therapy services available, where Prince William took part in a game of wheelchair basketball. The Prince, Duke and two Duchesses then joined a reception for staff and patients before unveiling a plaque to mark the visit. The Prince and Duchess of Cornwall then continue da series of engagements on their away-day in Leicestershire.

Well, here we have the new Fab Four! 🙂 All kidding aside, I think it’s wonderful that they continue to shine a light on the need for continued support to service men and women in rehabilitation. They have to know that their sacrifice and service to their country is acknowledged and profoundly appreciated.
